Marketing Elves was set up by Siobhan Cully after many years of working as an interim Marketing Manager. Acknowledging the need for interim resources to cover planned or long-term work absences, Siobhan identified a gap in the market for a more flexible, outsourced marketing approach. Many businesses may not have the need for an internal marketing resource but would like access to marketing expertise for limited time (e.g. one day a week) on an ongoing basis. For others, it's driven by a need to solve an immediate problem and an all-hands-on-deck approach is needed to bring the project through to completion.

Siobhan brings a wealth of marketing experience in online and offline marketing communications, product management and customer experience evaluation across a number of industries including NGO, financial services, software, health and fitness, and social networking.
